In the kitchen of the Clinic ProLife special attention is given to the close connection between good nutrition and the immune system. Particular focus is laid on cooking methods such as steaming and gentle cooking, where vitamins are preserved.

Food has a tremendous impact on your health!

Most diseases are caused by many years of wrong food and nutrition.

A balanced mixture of high quality, natural organic food promotes self-healing and mobilizes the organism. Optimal nutrition of the human body is the main topic of our physicians and kitchen staff  who take care of  your personal needs.

A personal nutritional protocol is created for you with a high nutrient density and energy content, which supplies you with the necessary energy. The dishes are seasoned with herbs necessary for you to stimulate every organ system in the corresponding energy behavior.




The aim of the individual nutrition during treatment is:

» keep the weight, correct specific nutritional deficiencies
» assist the course of therapy with individual diets
» to determine intolerance and to compensate them

Oil-protein diet by Dr. Budwig

The kitchen of the Pro Life Clinic operates on the broad guidelines of the oil-protein diet by Dr. Budwig with additional use of lean veal, chicken, venison and beef.

According to the latest scientific findings, polyunsaturated fatty acids  have become increasingly important in cancer treatment.

Therefore, the balanced ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids is focused in our clinic in order to ensure optimal digestion of the food and the consequent cell regeneration and energy production.

The detailed instructions in the diet according to Dr. Budwig help us at the implementation of her intensive research findings. Basis of the diet is the combination of easily digestible protein (curd cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt) in combination with highly active, unrefined linseed oil with the addition of kibbled linseed (Linomel).

High-quality food (ie. without adding preservatives, mainly fresh and seasonal goods) such as fresh vegetables and vegetable juices, fruit and meals prepared to be easily digestible, and homemade bread round off our menu.

Our meals and desserts are prepared without sugar, only adding a little honey and maple syrup, or stevia. We do not use refined foods (flour, sugar, salt, oil) in our kitchen. Instead, we use freshly grounded flour, unrefined salt and high-quality, cold-pressed oils.

Of course, a vegetarian meal can always be prepared upon request!
